The Middle School Student Leadership Team at Villa is made up of eighth graders that are passionate, hard-working, and self-driven individuals who collaborate as a team to serve as role models to the student body and the entire Villa community. Student Leadership Team members are motivated to make student experiences at Villa positive, inclusive and fun. Students help to organize events, school Masses, and service projects during the year, as well as lead prayers each day in the morning, before lunch, and at the end of the day. They also develop valuable leadership skills like communication, problem-solving, and teamwork. Homeroom representatives are also elected as part of the team from grades five-eight to act/speak on behalf of their grade level.
