First Grade Takes A Virtual Field Trip

As part of their Social Studies lesson, the First Graders took a virtual field trip to the Lincoln Memorial and the Washington Monument as part of an introduction to patriotic symbols. The girls each used their own iPads as they took a 360° tour of the two places.

“They were so excited and happy as they walked around the room holding their iPads in the air,” said Mrs. Long.

The girls then looked at several other landmarks and took an online quiz to see which landmarks the girls have been to visit.
