Villa Students Create Valentines for IHM Sisters

As part of their service for Catholic School’s Week, our Villa girls in kindergarten through eighth grade made beautiful cards in art class which were delivered to the IHM Sisters at Camilla Hall for Valentine’s Day.

Even our ELC students contributed to making valentines! Mrs. Guenthner’s 3’s class have been exploring using their knowledge of the letters L – O – V and E to print the word LOVE. The children showed their love and gratitude for the IHM Sisters living in the Mother House by making special valentines at school in their new Writing Center.

The IHM Sisters are a beautiful example of living lives of service for God’s people especially in Catholic education and our students were so happy to do something nice for them.
