VMA High School Service Experience
The 5-8 girls were invited to attend the VMA Service Experience at Villa Maria Academy High School. The themes of service, love, creative hope and fidelity made our young Villa girls feel right at home in the High School. The girls loved reconnecting with prayer partners from years past and seeing girls they recognized from their years at the lower school. As a group the girls:
- packed and decorated nearly 200 snack bags for the Chester County Food Bank
- decorated dozens of pumpkins for the IHM Sisters in Camilla Hall
- made blankets for St. Mary’s Franciscan Shelter.
It was most special to end the night in Upper Villa’s Chapel with a lovely Communion Service. With Thanksgiving right around the corner, it was the perfect time to give thanks and help others who are in need.
