Delivering Easter Baskets

Villa Maria Academy collected baskets of goodies this week in preparation for Easter this weekend. Over 250 beautiful baskets were stuffed full of treats and treasures to be shared through the St. Agnes Day Room in West Chester with children less fortunate. This initiative is completely and totally run by kids, for kids…and that is just about as good as it gets!

Thank you to all of the members of the Villa community for your generosity, and to Youth Ambassadors, Isabelle M., Molly M., and Alexandra T. for all of their extra efforts during the collection. Molly and Isabelle took over the initiative this year, and will pass the torch down to Alexandra to head up the next two years work with St. Agnes. The girls and their mothers delivered all the Easter baskets to the St. Agnes Day Room on Tuesday, March 31st. They had more than enough baskets to fulfill St. Agnes’ needs, and they were overwhelmed with Villa’s amazing generosity!
