Students Welcomed Back

On Wednesday, we welcomed our students and families back to a new school year! We are extremely excited to be starting this new school year with our growing Villa family. We are very pleased that our school has a well-earned reputation in our community to its commitment of fostering academic excellence while consistently focusing on creating positive social relationships.

Students were greeted at the Transportation Center by Student Leadership Team members and teachers with signs welcoming them back. Even our beloved mascot, Taffy the giraffe was there to greet the girls. The day began in the gym with prayer as a school family before going up to their classrooms to meet their teachers. The classrooms were full of nervousness, excitement and wonder for all the new experiences that await them this year.

A back-to-school tradition at Villa during lunchtime, teachers were found joined around the tables of students to get to know them, share in their excitement of the day and ease any first day jitters.

The girls were happy to be back together smiling and laughing on the playground and walking through the halls.
