Author Nadine Levitt Visits Villa Maria Academy

Author Nadine Levitt visited the kindergarten, 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders at Villa yesterday. She read her book, My Mama Says Inside Me Lives A Village, which empowers children to identify, acknowledge and direct the many feelings that live inside them. Working with the children, she had them each choose a feeling and identify something that would happen to make them have that feeling. She then discussed with them about the proper ways to think, deal and express their many feelings. We are grateful to her for sharing her story with us.
