Students at Villa maintain well-rounded and challenging schedules. With the addition of the Electives Program this year for grades K-8, students were able to try out new courses that enriched their learning experiences further while collaborating with students in other grades. Electives such as art, fine art, music, STEM, wellness and business were offered each of the three trimesters and gave students a chance to show flair and develop interests and abilities. “The benefits extend beyond the actual elective focus to include the opportunity to collaborate with peers and moderators,” Said Sister Susan. Students and teachers were able to learn something about each other that they may not have had the opportunity to learn through a traditional course.
