Congratulations to the Geography Bee Finalists

On Monday, January 23, the Annual National Geographic Geography Bee School Competition was held for contestants in grades 4 through 8. Prior to the school wide competition, a preliminary round was held within the 4^th through 8^th grade classrooms to determine the finalist for the school bee. The ten finalists competed to determine Villa’s winner.  Congratulations to Micaela Shackleford who won the annual competition, and to Greyson Walko for placing as the runner-up.  All of the contestants did a wonderful job, and we are very proud of their efforts.
