CYO Track Team Makes School History

Congratulations to the VMALS CYO Track Team on making school history and scoring enough team points to earn 3rd place at the Region 17 Regional Qualifying Meet. Our girls placed in the following events and will be moving on to the Areas next week: Cadet 200M – 1st & 6th place, Cadet 400M – 1st, 3rd, & 4th place, Cadet and Novice 4x100M Relays – 2nd place, Cadet and Novice 4x200M Relays – 2nd place, 4x400M Open Relay – 2nd place, 4x800M Open Relay – 1st place, Minor Long Jump – 2nd place, Novice Shot Put – 5th place, Cadet Shot Put – 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place. We are Villa proud of these girls and their coaches. Many of the girls are not pictured as the trophy ceremony happened at the end of a very long day on the track.
