Forensics Finishes A Winning Season
The Villa Maria Forensics Team competed at its final tournament, the Chester County Speech Tournament, on Tuesday May 16th. In Poetry, Seventh graders Gianna C., Annie S., and Allie B. advanced to the finals competition. Gianna C. won 1st place in Poetry for the tournament. In Prose, Bella C. and Amanda T. advance to the final competition with Amanda T. winning 3rd place overall. Mary Cipperman, team captain, won 2nd place outright in the Impromptu competition with her presentations on space exploration. A great job and a great season to all team members for a year of personal bests and outstanding achievements.
