Kindergarten Ties World Read Aloud Day to IHM Charism Virtue

For World Read Aloud Day on February 2, Mrs. Maurer’s kindergarten class tied their story into the IHM Charism of love for Catholic Schools Week. They read the book titled “Love Is…” which is an adaption of 1 Corinthians in the Bible. Then, the girls and Mrs. Maurer discussed how they can show love and made a list on the board. Then, they chose a word from the board to write a sentence about what love is to them.
