Kindergarten Using Chatterpix App to Promote Creativity

The Kindergarten students have been using the Chatterpix app to promote creativity. ChatterPix is a FREE iPad app that is simple to use but endless in possibilities. The app allows students to take any image, add a “mouth” and then record audio to allow the image to talk. “The simplicity and creative nature of this app make it a hit with the girls,” said Kindergarten Teacher, Miss Beck. The girls have used Chatterpix for their weekly videos, an ELA writing piece about a snowman coming to life at night (they used it to make their snowman talk as they read what they wrote), and they will be using it next week to work on retelling the characters, setting, problem, and solution for a story during their Center time. They will make the cover of their book talk. Great work girls!
