3rd Grade: WebQuest

The Third Grade has been studying the arrival of the first colonists in the New World. They have been working on a WebQuest that takes them from the Pilgrims’ journey on the Mayflower to their arrival and settlement of Plymouth Colony. Through their research, the girls have learned about the hardships the colonists encountered, as well as information about their daily life– homes, clothing, food, chores, etc. The girls especially enjoyed learning about the early colonial laws, and how different life was for the children of Plymouth Colony.
