Students Share a Fun Morning with Grandparents and Special Friends

On November 18, students at Villa Maria Academy welcomed special guests to campus to celebrate Grandparents and Special Friends Day. This day has become a highly-anticipated, annual tradition as special guests gather on campus for light refreshments, a special prayer service honoring guests in Sacred Heart Chapel, featuring 40 members of Villa’s choir, followed by classroom visits, where guests could join in fun, in-class exercises. Guests were mixing chemicals in Science Lab, line dancing in Music, learning Spanish with Senora Maria, creating 3D Christmas ornaments using Tinkercad, playing Kahoot games, learning on iPads, creating marshmallow and spaghetti towers and creating crafts.  We thank all our special guests for coming to visit and see our Villa girls in action!
