Villa Families “Adopt” Children for Christmas

For several years, Villa families have been sponsoring children through the Delaware Valley Children’s Charity’s (dvcconline.org) Holiday Program which matches sponsors with children in need. As sponsors, families fulfill wish lists for their assigned child for the holidays. Villa was privileged to sponsor 90 children!

Villa was also lucky enough to have two of our eighth graders as Youth Ambassadors for the Delaware Valley Children’s Charity, Madigan M. and Maeve C. Both girls help to foster interest and support in DVCC among friends and family, as well as running and managing special projects including the Holiday Program and the Easter Basket Drive. Each of these charity drives Villa participates in are wonderful examples of kids helping kids.

Villa’s collection of gifts took place in the beginning of December.

Thank you to all our Villa Angels for helping to give local children in need a wonderful Christmas! And a big thank you to the Kauffman family and their team of volunteers, for organizing the Villa Angels program with the DVCC. We are grateful to all of you.
