Sixth Grade Booksellers Report

Last week, students in Mrs. Klinger’s sixth grade class were asked to pretend to be booksellers from Barnes & Noble bookstores and report on their favorite book that they thought “should be on everyone’s Christmas list this year!” Dressed the part of a B&N sales associate, complete with the green apron, the girls had fun creating special Christmas sale posters for their books that they displayed via their iPads through their classroom Apple TVs onto the SMARTboard for their classmates to see, as they excitedly sang the praises of their favorite novels. As each student gave her presentation, classmates rated where the book would fall on their “Christmas list.”
